The full package includes 3 nights in a 3* hotel, lift pass, equipment hire, return flights from London, transfers from/to Geneva airport, 2 Event lunch and dinners (you have to by your own lunch on Wednesday 11th March) and insurance. With this package you would have to arrange and pay for UK transfers to the airport, lunch on Wednesday and bring cash for additional alcohol orders at meal times.

Seats are reserved departing London 17:00 to Geneva on Sunday 8th March 2009 and departing Geneva at 17.40 or 19:20 to London on Wednesday 11th March 2009 these are included in the Full Package. Insurance is for accident, medical and liability, it covers luggage and normal travel insurance, it does not cover cancellation other than injury. The all inclusive price is fixed, however due to the economic conditions especially for oil, should any of the costs substantially change, we do reserve the right to change the price.
